The Foundation for Information Policy Research is offering this site as a library of submissions to the UK Draft Electronic Commerce Bill 1999.
In continuing its efforts to promote openness and discourse in developing policies that may affect the landscape for electronic commerce, and technology policy in general, FIPR welcomes the opportunity to publish the contributions of individuals, organisations, and companies to the government consultation process.
If you are interested in submitting your own response, we request that the submitted document is in ascii text or html format (but we can also accept Postscript, PDF, and MS-Word), and sent to Gus Hosein, at ecomm99@fipr.org. If you would prefer us to link to a document on your own site, just send us the URL.
